About

I grew up on a horse farm in the Berkshire mountains and was outside a majority of my childhood, so it’s no surprise that I’m drawn to the outdoors now as an athlete. I love the colors and the smells, as I ride through the woods on my mountain bike. I enjoy the peace, but also the exhilaration it provides.

Also, I never wanted to stand out in the crowd, yet slowly but surely, my true colors started showing. Day by day, new adventure by new adventure; I was dressing brighter and brighter. It soon became my trademark around local circles. Yet, I always thought in the back of my mind that it was a deeper part of my soul coming out and shining.

And I had fuzzy sidekick of a cat, who was soulful, dedicated, and wise. His nickname was Buddha, but Indigo was his real name, and where the title name of this little shindig starts. He traveled across the country 4 times with me, went through the same ups and downs I did, and trusted me with all of his being.

Indigo colors can range from deep blue to violet hues, and often reflect devotion, wisdom, and power. I find these colors powerful and comforting. Much like Buddha was to me.

Sole is a play on the word Soul and what makes one who they are. Each person is different and vibrant. Each person’s adventures are unique, and it can be powerful to see where your own two feet can take you. Your soles carry your soul.
